VOCAL TONING

Begin the day with vocal toning. Toning will settle our systems and put us in the zone for journeying. It will release and balance; centering our energy for exploration.

Toning produces calm mind and a centered, relaxed state of being. It is not about the quality of your voice, it is about the benefit of the experience of your voice flowing through your system for relaxation and vitality.

​OPENING CEREMONY & INVOCATION

Inviting ascended masters, angelic realm, spirit guides, animals spirits and those from the subtle realm that have our highest good as their intention. We will drum, rattle sing, chant and call in support for our day together.

​POWER ANIMAL RETRIEVAL

You will be taken on a guided journey to the lower world to meet your power animal. This animal may be with us for life or may accompany us for a period of time offering assistance and power. On meeting your power animal you will invite it into your life, on receiving it you will welcome and dance it into your being. Then in stillness you will listen.

​MEDITATION IN NATURE

Merge with the breath of the natural world into timeless presence with this simple oneness meditation. Nature is a reflection of our own perfection.

SPIRIT MADE MANIFEST

We invite spirit to appear in a sketch. We don’t construct but allow someone to appear on paper before us. Again it is not the quality of our sketch but the opening to connection and communion with the subtle sphere. We sit as a group and share spirit messages.

​Cancellation Policy.

In the event of the cancellation of an event by the organiser, you will receive a full refund.

If a participant chooses to cancel their confirmed registration, or cannot or does not attend the workshop the following refunds will apply.

The registered participant may invite another person to substitute their place in the workshop with no additional charges. The person must have read requirements to attend where applicable.

If a notice is received 14 or less days from the scheduled starting date, no refund will be offered.

If notice is received 15 or more days from the scheduled starting date, a 50% refund will be offered.
