About The Event
I have decided to give Skype TRE® sessions to support your weekly practice. If you have completed the Introduction to TRE® you are eligible to attend class online via appointment through skype or zoom. Many people learn TRE® and without ongoing support tend to lose interest in their practice and it falls away. if you have the desire to practice weekly with support we can meet on Skype. You might like to check in monthly, or when the need arises.
