These Group Classes consists of simple, gentle inspired movement for the body to release, relax and come to a freer state.
Allowing movement is a way of listening to what our body needs, how it would like to move. We come gently into movement and re-establish a relationship with our body. Movement has the potential to bring us out of busy mind and come to presence. We release fascia and work from the uninhibited state of our natural being. Movement enlivens our life force energy and realigns us back into the flow of life. The movement will be specific for your body and needs.
Vocal toning - we sound together to release and harmonise your system. Toning produces calm mind and a centered, relaxed state of being. It is not about the quality of your voice, it is about the benefit of the experience of your voice flowing through your system for relaxation and vitality. Toning has a beneficial effect on the vagus nerve-bringing your nervous system to a more balanced state. Toning helps to lighten the vibrational frequency, for wellbeing. Toning is an form of active meditation, releasing, harmonising, transforming.
Chanting is also a path to self-discovery.

Guided meditation or drum journey. You can sit or lay down for this. This meditation will meet you at your core, addressing your wholeness and nurturing your life force. some journeys will be exploratory and work on healing parts of ourselves that need addressing.
