About The Event
Shaking to awaken zoom class is a supportive path that uses TRE® group session to shake off more of what we ultimately are not. Discussion and sharing around the path of Spiritual Awakening. Toning and guided non-dual meditation are also included in these one and a half hour sessions with Tree of Awakening Through The Body.
