About The Event
This retreat will be for those on a Healing and Awakening journey.
TRE® trauma tension release exercises devised by Dr. David Bercelli will be taught and practised by newcomers. Seasoned shakers will deepen and further their practice - using breath, sound, music and hands on facillitations.
Morning meditation and chant in the meditation space- followed by nature immersion.
Daily shake, nervous system support, toning, chanting, discussion and sharing around Spiritual Awakening.
Silent afternoons - Free time for reading, walking, contemplation, resting.
Evening programs - films and readings of masters from different traditions.
