About The Event
TRE® sessions to support your weekly practice on Zoom or in person. If you have completed the Introduction to TRE® you are eligible to attend class via appointment. Many clients learn TRE® and without ongoing support tend to lose interest in their practice and it falls away. This could be because the organism needs the support of a grounded presence to release, or you find it difficult to claim the time or have the discipline to practice. By booking a session you can guarantee a weekly practice to support your healing. You might like to check in monthly, or when the need arises.
