About The Event
Practicing TRE® in a group can ensure we practice once a week and having guidance can further our process, practicing in group energy can enhance our release and sense of wellbeing. Chanting tones our vagus nerve and the words of the chant clear our system further. The guided meditation relaxes the body and the nervous system and calls you home to your deepest nature.
