Introduction to TRE® Group Class

 About The Event 

This  is a Series of four Saturday morning Classes where you will learn how  to perform and self regulate this transformational technique. The Cost  is $150 for the four classes.

In the past ancient cultures have used ‘Shaking Medicine’ for healing and wellbeing.

TRE® - devised by David Berceli is a transformative,  natural self-healing technique that releases unresolved trauma, tension  and stress and restores our nervous system to a state of balance.

Our body bears the burden of our life experience. Both in the form of  muscle contraction and nervous system response. Our body responds and  contracts from the slightest criticism to mild and more severe traumas.

Learn to tap into your body's natural releasing mechanism and transform your life.

Bring a Yoga or thicker mat, pillow, blanket and water bottle.

TRE® is not suitable for pregnancy.

Group class is Not suitable for those that have experienced severe trauma or those with serious mental health issues.

If you have had major trauma, have severe anxiety or depression you can attend individual TRE® sessions with the support of your mental health professional.
