Introduction to TRE®

The introductory series is 5 sessions so that you can learn the process and deepen in your experience.

Our bodies are encoded with an innate, organic way to release and renew. TRE® is a technique that invokes our natural releasing mechanism. Self-regulation is a key component to the TRE® process and we will be working on this together at first. Identifying and understanding the body's indicators to stop, rest and integrate.

TRE® is a transformative practice. It releases unresolved tension, trauma and stress stored in the body. It also helps to balance our nervous system.

It is my joy to work with people and help introduce them to their body's natural, 'shaking medicine.'

If you have serious mental health issues please bring a letter of support from your mental health professional.

The series commences with an evening group talk, an introduction to TRE®, followed by 5 individual 60 minute sessions.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of the cancellation of an event by the organiser, you will receive a full refund.

If a participant chooses to cancel their confirmed registration, or cannot or does not attend the workshop the following refunds will apply.

The registered participant may invite another person to substitute their place in the workshop with no additional charges. The person must have read requirements to attend where applicable.

If a notice is received 14 or less days from the scheduled starting date, no refund will be offered.

If notice is received 15 or more days from the scheduled starting date, a 50% refund will be offered.
